After a few weeks of searching in the ๐ฆ๐. ๐ฅ๐ผ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐/๐ช๐ฎ๐๐ป๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐น๐น๐ฒ area, we toured a for sale by owner condo via video—and it was perfect! ๐น๐ They quickly booked a flight to see it in person, and we got it under contract. Even better, we were able to assume the existing loan with a VERY LOW rate and closed in just ๐ฐ๐ฑ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐—when assumptions can sometimes take 90 days or even 6 months!
Thanks to both parties being motivated and communicative ๐ค, we made it to the closing table right on schedule. We’re so excited for Rebekah & Craig as they start this new chapter in Missouri! ๐บ๏ธโค๏ธ
