🎉 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗥𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗸𝗮𝗵 & 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗴! 🏡✈️ This journey was full of little victories that led us here.

After a few weeks of searching in the 𝗦𝘁. 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁/𝗪𝗮𝘆𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲 area, we toured a for sale by owner condo via video—and it was perfect! 📹💖 They quickly booked a flight to see it in person, and we got it under contract. Even better, we were able to assume the existing loan with a VERY LOW rate and closed in just 𝟰𝟱 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀—when assumptions can sometimes take 90 days or even 6 months!

Thanks to both parties being motivated and communicative 🤝, we made it to the closing table right on schedule. We’re so excited for Rebekah & Craig as they start this new chapter in Missouri! 🗺️❤️
