Congratulations to Ken & Kathy Cantrill on their new Missouri home! After selling their home in Colorado, they made the move to be closer to family—and now they're just around the corner from their daughter, whose home 𝗦𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗮 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗻 had the privilege of helping purchase last year.

This journey started years ago when Kathy's daughter trusted Sasha to help her find a home. That trust led to a referral for her sister, and now, her parents. There is no greater compliment than having families return and recommend you to the people they love most.

With a scheduled hip surgery quickly approaching, timing was everything. Thanks to everyone working together behind the scenes, the closing was moved up a day so Ken and Kathy could settle into their new home before surgery.
